PT 40 fence framework from US Premier Tube Mills is engineered for superior strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. Made in the USA using 50,000 PSI high-yield hot-rolled steel, PT 40 is 37% stronger and 21% lighter than Schedule 40 tubing, making it ideal for demanding fencing applications. Our advanced manufacturing process applies full interior zinc coating before forming, along with a triple-layer exterior system: steel-adhered zinc, a conversion coating, and a vacuum-sealed clear top coat for maximum corrosion protection.
