US Premier Tube Mills offers all of its commercial and residential pipe and tubing products in industry standard black, green and brown. After our galvanized pipe is treated with our additional corrosion resistant coatings, a 3 mil coating of our Polyester Color Coat or 10 mil Polyolefin Color Coat is applied and heat set. Our Color Coat paint processes offer a durable finish that is guaranteed not to fade, crack, flake or craze for 15 years.

Polyester Color Coat is in compliance with the following ASTM standards:

• 3 mil (0.076 mm) minimum thickness
• ASTM F 1043 Standard Spec. for Strength/Protective Coating on Steel Chain Link Fence
• ASTM D 3359 B Adhesion cross hatch test
• ASTM F 934 Color
• ASTM D 523 Gloss: (60⁰) 60-70

Polyolefin Color Coat is in compliance with the following ASTM standards:

• 10 mil (0.254 mm) minimum thickness
• ASTM F 1043 Standard Spec. for Strength/Protective Coating on  Steel Chain Link Fence
• ASTM F 934 Color
• ASTM D 1499 Weatherometer 1000 hours
