Superior Strength – PTR is fabricated with high yield strength of 40,000 PSI- the highest grade available
in residential applications.

Superior Corrosion Resistance – The PTR series uses the same advanced inline triple coat protection process
as our commercial grade PT line of products. This means that we can guarantee your residential customers the highest degree of corrosion resistance available. This process includes an initial zinc bath, an intermediate conversion coat and an organic clear top coat for maximum protection.

Wide Variety of Styles and Sizes – PTR is available in round and square styles for a wide variety of applications. Round pipe and tubing is available from 16 to 18 gauge and in O.D. ranging from 1-3/8” to 2-3/8”.

Square is available from 14 to 16 gauge in sizes from 2” to 2.5”.

Polyester Color Coat – The entire PTR series of products is available with our exclusive polyester color coat system. Colors can be custom tailored to meet your exact specifications in compliance with ASTM standard thickness of 3 mils.

All PTR Color Coat products are manufactured to ASTM Salt Spray Test B 117, ASTM Weatherometer Test G 155 and ASTM Adhesion Test D 3359.
